03-09 Side Window Louvers 3D Models

These are 3D models of side window louvers as seen on my IG and FB page. You will receive a set of 2 (L&R) 3D files to download and 3D print yourself. If its too large to print yourself there are plenty of online 3D printing services or find one local. 

Id recommend having them printed in PA12 Nylon using an MJF or SLS machine. If you want a cheaper alternative I suggest FDM ASA as a minimum. PLA, PETG will warp from heat (depends on your location) and and ABS will go brittle due to UV degradation unless its painted. 

You will need to use a little heat to ensure you get the right curvature on the window before you stick it down with 3M double sided tape. Only apply tape on the top face and vertical faces so the bottom has a slight gap to allow water to drain out. See pictures for more info.

MAY REQUIRE SLIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF YOUR WINDOW SEALS.
